We are a company that specialises in management of holiday properties and related services. The properties we offer are located in the towns and cities and resort complexes along the Black Sea coast – Varna, Byala, the resorts Golden Sands, Ss Constantine and Helena, Alen Mak, etc.

The management of a property entails the keeping, maintenance, preventive maintenance and repair of a building or a complex of buildings, the buildings facilities and installations, repair of defects and failures.

We offer professional cleaning of your properties and the common areas of the holiday complexes. The security of your property also comprises part of our service.

For the purpose of better use and effective renting of your property, in order to ensure high yield on your investment, we provide:

• Front office – meeting and accommodation of guests;

• Back office – warehousing, dispatching and receipt of parcels, moving furniture and equipment;
