Accommodation is possible from 14:00 - 23:00, and if you wish an earlier time of accommodation, it is necessary to agree this in advance with the Booking department.
Departure is until 12:30, and if you wish a later time of departure, it is necessary to agree this in advance with the Booking department.
Cancellation/payment in advance: The rules and conditions for cancellation and prepayment vary for the different types of apartments.
Accommodation of children and additional beds: The maximum capacity of additional beds per room is 1.
Each additional bed or infant bed is provided upon request, which requires confirmation.
The costs for additional services are not automatically included in the total price but are subject to additional payment during the stay.
Pets: Pets are prohibited.
Catering: Not included in the room price and at present no catering options are offered in the complexes.
Smoking in the rooms and the common parts of the complex is not allowed.
In the event any violation is established, a fee for additional cleaning is charged in the amount of 100 BGN.
The company is not responsible for any items stolen from the rooms or the common parts of the properties, and shall not be liable for damages caused by third parties.
The guests at our properties shall keep the generally accepted standards of good behaviour during their stay. All costs for any material damage caused to the complex shall be borne by the client.
Cancellation: In the event you decide to cancel or change your booking within 60 days prior to the date of arrival, you will owe 30 % of the total price of the booking.
In case of cancellation or change of the booking in less than 60 days of the date of arrival, or in the event of failure to arrive, you will owe 50 % of the total price of the booking.
Advance payment: 30 % of the total sum may be charged at any time after the booking. 20 % of the total sum may be charged at least 60 days prior to the date of arrival.
All prices are in Bulgarian lev per property per night and are inclusive of VAT, car park /if available/, cleaning on accommodation and leaving the premises and maintenance of the common parts.
Prices are inclusive of tourist tax.
The amounts for any services ordered but unused are non-refundable.
On your accommodation, you are required to pay a compulsory deposit in the amount of 100 BGN (a hundred leva) per property. The deposit is returned on the day of departure from the complex, after an inspection of the functionality and condition of the apartment.
Booking:
The booking should state the names of the guests, the period, the type and number of apartments, as well as the number of adults and children, contact telephone number and additional specifications by the guests.
A written confirmation of the booking is received within 5 days, which specifies the booking number.
